Sadie Balkind Scholarship

This scholarship has been set up by Graduate Women Canterbury in memory of the late Sadie Balkind, a member who made a generous bequest to the Branch. The object of the Scholarship is to help a successful student to undertake postgraduate studies at either Canterbury or Lincoln University.

$12,000 for 2 years

Scholarship: Open to Master students only.

These are for graduates enrolled full time at the University of Canterbury or Lincoln University to assist them to attend a conference and present a paper based on their original work.

Closing date: Applications must be received at least six weeks before the date of the conference. You may apply before your paper/poster has been accepted, but confirmation must be received before any award can be made.
